As a fully licensed financial consultant, you will develop and deliver T. Rowe Price backed retirement strategies and insights that enhance the financial well-being of our participants. A financial consultant is a valuable part of a sales team dedicated to high value sales and retention of assets that contribute to our enterprise net new flows. While working within our sales team, you will be responsible for growth outcomes focused on retention, acquisition of new assets, and asset consolidation through ongoing consultative conversations.

Base Salary Ranges

$80,000 - $114,000 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
