Position Summary
The Director of Revenue Management at Awayday plays a pivotal role in driving the companys growth by owning the revenue performance of a region spanning 4+ brands and 1,500+ units. You will oversee a team of Revenue Managers focused on maximizing rental income, outperforming the market, and integrating new units and brands seamlessly into the portfolio.

This role requires deep subject matter expertise in revenue management, a passion for team leadership and development, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. It is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building the industrys top revenue management team at the fastest growing property manager in the space. In this position, you will have true ownership of regional revenue performance and play a key role in establishing Awayday as the market leader in rental income generation.
