DC Trainer (Finance)

The trainer will be responsible for preparing all hourly employees and temps on all training functions and materials of the DC, training may also including exempt staff up to Director level. The trainer will plan weekly based on business needs requested by the Management team in order to successfully integrate the population into the workforce. This will be based on functions, departments, and level of knowledge. The trainer must have the capabilities of drafting and delivering related materials and training processes as well as facilitate a successful adult learning process. The trainer will also be able to lead the training team (of supervisor, lead and coordinators) and delegate training efforts, responsibilities and prioritize tasks to support the DC operation.
