Inside Sales Administrator - Pipe - County Materials (Finance)
Assists in all functions of the administration team
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
Monitoring and responding to emails from our shared administrator inbox
Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist in the resolution of order processing problems by working as the liaison person between sales and our customers
Loading price data to ensure accurate invoicing
Creation and distribution of project submittals
Creation and distribution of quotes and contracts
Qualifications and Experience:
2-3 years' experience in a sales support or customer service role
English/Spanish bilingual preferred
Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform detailed work accurately
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong follow through skills are important
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
