Talent Sourcer (Finance)

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our proactive recruiting efforts, building and nurturing pipelines of top-tier talent for both immediate openings and always-hiring roles across the organization.

You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand our business needs and identify exceptional candidates who align with our mission, values, and future goals.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Develop and execute souring strategies to attract high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and evergreen roles
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and CRM platforms to identify and engage passive talent
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and nurture relationships with prospective candidates
  • Represent our employer brand with authenticity and enthusiasm
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing analytics to inform hiring strategies
  • Continuously improving sourcing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics and pipeline heath
What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Proven success in building pipelines for a variety of roles and levels
  • Strong research and sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • A proactive, curious, and data-driven mindset
It'd be great if you also have:
  • MBA or advanced degree in related field
  • 4 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, and high-volume recruiting
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching and candidate research
  • Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment
