What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Enablement Curriculum Developer & Instructional Designer to join our Product Specialist and Technical Enablement team within the Product Management organization. In this role, you will work to develop and produce the latest enablement content for our customers and partners, as well as for all internal technical resources.

The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and well-versed in collaborating as part of a distributed global team. To succeed in this fast-paced role, you will need excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills. You should also enjoy working directly with customers and partners, embrace new challenges, and be willing to travel as needed.

What You'll Do

• Content creation: As a content creator, you will build new and updated training courses for instructor-led classes, as well as an on-demand catalog.

• Enablement instructor: Be able to deliver custom technical enablement classes to our customers and partners as needed.

• Content planning: Work with leadership to develop a yearly plan to create the most relevant content and keep all existing content up to date.

• Event planning and attendance: Partner with other members of the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement team to build instructor-led training for events such as Omnissa ONE.

• Lab management: Collaborate with all team members to create a hands-on lab experience that aligns with all enablement courses and can be accessed on-demand or at events.

What You'll Bring to Omnissa

• Over 6 years of relevant experience in content creation and instructor-led course delivery, preferably in the tech industry.

• Over 5 years of hands-on lab experience

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to create clear and compelling messages, whether in an email to a colleague or a social media post.

• A keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a high standard for creating and reviewing content.

• Strong collaboration skills with teammates and cross functionally, with a willingness to dive into issues and problem solve when needed.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including as needed for international travel.
