As an LVN at Waterman Canyon, you'll be part of a dynamic care team that provides 24/7 skilled nursing services. You'll work closely with RNs, CNAs, and rehab specialists to support recovery, wellness, and dignity for every resident. From wound care to medication administration, your clinical expertise and warm bedside manner will help our patients feel safe, supported, and empowered.

- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
