The Team

We are seeking a Vice President, IT Infrastructure & User Services to join American Tower's IT organization. The Vice President oversees the organization's IT infrastructure and ensures end-user services are effective, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This role involves the strategic development and management of all infrastructure-related activities, including network services, data center operations, and end-user support services. The Vice President ensures that the infrastructure supports the enterprise's current and future requirements while optimizing uptime and service delivery. The Vice President drives initiatives to enhance users' satisfaction and productivity through technology solutions and support.
