Technical Training Lead Analyst, Care Solutions - Evernorth - Remote (Finance)



Position Summary

The Technical Training Lead Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and maintenance of learning material s and communication initiatives within Care Solutions Readiness and Sustainment (R/S) . This role requires a blend of technical expertise , project leadership, and communication skills to manage curriculum resources, develop web content, and support instructional design efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, change agile , and comfortable working independently while engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A willingness to be flexible and cross-train within established team roles is essential for success in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance and updates of the Curriculum Library inclusive o f reporting.

  • Support Instructional Design partners in curriculum development and updates.

  • Develop and manage internal web pages and intake processes.

  • Partner with the Communications Lead to support blog messaging via the intranet.

  • Maintain a communications calendar ensuring consistent branding and tone.

  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to communication strategies.

  • Collaborate with K nowledge management and Learning and Delivery teams to align learning and communication strategies.

  • Lead small to mid-sized projects or components of larger initiatives to support aligned responsibilities for this role.

  • Provide support for training campaigns, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Lead Relias quarterly audits

  • Analyze data to identify trends and inform reporting strategies.

  • Flexi ble support and cross- training within other team roles as needed.

  • Own and maintain internal Sharepoint sites as needed .

  • Schedule, host, coordinate facilitation resources, and facilitate R/S Connections Corners (as needed) in collaboration with R/S partners and Care Solutions operations.

  • Comfortable with stakeholder engagement and feedback loops.

  • Strong computer and technical writing skills focused on clarity and user experience.

  • Demonstrates strength in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to foster collaboration, drive alignment and influence cross-functional partnerships.

  • Change agile, able to quickly pivot, highly adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Nimble learner with ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in Web Design, IRIS/Intranet Development, or related field.

  • Instructional design or communication background is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and SharePoint Online.

  • Ability to work independently and support the Readiness and S ustainment model.

  • Experience or knowledge of Care Solutions products and services is preferred.

  • Ability to correlate data for reporting and trend analysis.

  • A willingn ess to be fle xible and cross-train within established team roles.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 69,500 - 115,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
