The Opportunity:
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to oversee operations. This key role ensures our facility looks its best, operates safely, and meets regulatory standards—while bringing warmth and professionalism to the care environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage staff with empathy, energy, and accountability
- Oversee facility upkeep, equipment repairs, and preventative schedules
- Ensure cleanliness standards meet or exceed state, federal, and infection control guidelines
- Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to environmental safety concerns
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to support a safe, home-like setting
- Manage department budgets, supply inventories, and vendor relationships
- Participate in emergency preparedness and compliance readiness initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership experience in environmental services or facility management
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, building systems and procedures
- Familiarity with long-term care regulations and infection control
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people-management skills
