#xindREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Product Development Engineer, Lead Engineering Project Coordinator, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years of experience managing project execution with multiple vendors in engineering and technology, managing project task and monitoring performance, budget analysis, and managing product development groups tasks from project inception through design to production. 5 years of experience in risk assessment and failure mode analysis. 5 years of experience in product testing, standards and compliance documentation. 5 years of experience in software development using C and C++.
RATE OF PAY: $125,478 to $142,576 per year.

Develop project schedule and budget. Review status reports prepared by the project personnel, and modify the schedule or plan as required. Establish and maintain contacts with internal and external customers, to provide information, gain acceptance and support of the project, and ensure the project meets the customer needs. Conduct risk assessment and failure mode analysis. Apply working knowledge of software development and C and C++.
