IT USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Information Technology)
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for a wide range of information technology issues through phone, email, and a ticket management system.
Ensure accurate documentation of assignments, recording, updating, and resolving all issues in accordance with expectations.
Perform installations, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Manage user accounts and permissions, maintaining computer accounts and permissions.
Act as a knowledge resource for the team, suggesting process improvements.
Escalate problems when necessary and participate in an on-call rotation.
Undertake assigned projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel as required.
