Customer Service Pharmacy Technician (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:
Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins.Out-of-Stock/Not Available Calls.Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers.Verbal Phone Requests and Refills.Communication with Billing Department.ReportsProof of Delivery (POD) Management.
Qualifications:
Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.Previous experience in pharmacy.LTC pharmacy experience preferred.Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Moderate to advanced computer skills required.Great telephone etiquette a must.Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.High school diploma or equivalent.
Shift- 9:00am-5:30pm or 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday and every other weekend
