IT Manager (Finance)



YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment / industry.
  • Must have 4 years of experience with the following: experience in process, financial and vendor governance; Indirect or Direct Management experience; influencing, program and change management skills; strong business/financial acumen and customer focus; and Vendor Governance leadership.
  • Telecommuting is permitted up to two (2) times per week.
IT Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. (Phoenix, AZ)

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Responsible for leadership of the Business Operations and support services by providing management on procurement, financial, invoicing and asset management processes, tracking progress, and managing communications with customers and suppliers.
  • Help drive best practices and end-to-end processes to ensure sustainability and compliance while working with and managing a cross-functional, global team.
  • Drive and support Business Operations Analytics.
  • Drive data analytics and analysis with outcomes providing useful information to service owners, their associated teams, and other stakeholders to help drive key IT strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide essential back-office support necessary to operate IT DCN 'as a business' by providing analytics and insights on business operation trends, tracking progress and savings.
  • Team management for members who support Business Operations Service Towers.
  • Organizational skills development for the team (emphasizing modernization and automations).
  • Market and communicate services in way users/customers consume them.
  • Develop and monitor key KPI's (Metrics that Matter) with specific focus on financials.
  • Assist in Operational Business Cases as needed and other activities such as annual operating plans, service line of site cost basis, and assist in helping drive cost optimization and productivity strategies for the organization.
  • Help drive best practices and end-to-end processes to ensure sustainability and compliance while working with cross-functional, global teams.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with IT leaders and teams to ensure that strategic priorities are being met through an effective operating system and processes.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of critical organization issues and requirements and recommend solutions that provide continuous improvements and competitive advantages.
