Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Middleboro area to assist with our geriatric client who is in need of support and companionship.

Available shifts: 7-days 9am-5pm

Job Description:
Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with light housekeepingEncourage walking, exercisingProviding stimulating conversationActivitiesPossible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
