Dir-Enterprise Data Services (Full-time Remote, North Carolina) (Healthcare)
The Director of Enterprise Data Services is responsible for the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of the Data Interoperability and Data Operations teams. This role ensures that Alliance's enterprise data infrastructure and pipelines are resilient, scalable, and aligned with the organization's goals for data exchange, data quality, and system integration. The Director will lead two dedicated teams and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and secure data movement across systems.
This position is fulltime remote. Selected candidate must reside in North Carolina. Some travel for onsite meetings to the Home office at Morrisville may be required.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
Graduation from a community college or technical school with a major in computer science or a related field, or completion of relevant vocational or technical training courses. Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible work experience in a computer science-related field, including advanced data system design and development, data interoperability management, systems integration, and/or web-based, database-driven systems. Military experience and education in a related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. At least eight (8) years of experience in areas such as Cloud Computing & Architecture, Modern Development Frameworks, DevOps Practices, Agile and Iterative Development, and Security and Compliance (with emphasis on “Security by Design”). Experience working in a healthcare payer environment, including North Carolina Tailored Plans or Managed Care Organizations. Certified training specific to data integration, data operations, or technologies supported by this position.
Previous experience in a healthcare payor agency preferred.
Certified training specific to the areas supported by this position preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Employment for this position is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and credit check, which will be performed after acceptance of an offer of employment and prior to the employee's start date.
Salary Range
$128,618 - $146,303.16/Annually
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
