Marketing Coordinator (Marketing)



Job Duties:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Monitor platform performance, engagement, and trends to inform content strategy.
Collaborate with team leaders to highlight project milestones, employee stories, and community outreach.
Maintain SVLs brand voice and visuals across all social media platforms.
Visit job sites regularly to photograph and film project progress, crew activities, and final results.
Organize and manage digital library of media content.
Edit photo and video content for social media use i.e. Reels, stories, before and after transformations.
Support occasional marketing campaigns for newsletters, printed materials, cross-selling campaigns.
Attend bi-monthly sales meetings.

Measurables:
Post 3-5 times per week across platforms.
Produce 2-3 Reels per month.
3-5 field visits per month to capture media.

Compensation: $25-30 per hour, DOE, 15 hours per week
Reports to: COO
Works closely with: sales team and employees in the field
Direct reports: none
Typical Hours: hours vary, part-time, approximately 15 hours per week
Dress Code: casual
