Summary
As a Medication Aide at Forest Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with their medication needs while ensuring their comfort and safety. This position is essential in upholding our commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality care.

Responsibilities
Administer medications to residents as prescribed by healthcare professionals.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of medication administration.Monitor residents for any side effects or adverse reactions to medications.Assist with tube feeding and catheter care as needed.Provide support in caregiving tasks, including personal hygiene and daily living activities.Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care.
