Director of Developer and Onsite Services (Finance)
The Director of Developer & Onsite Services is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of property management operations while providing oversight for both developer clients and onsite clients, as well as managing the related staff. This position is pivotal in driving client satisfaction and operational success across the board.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Education/Experience : BA/BS in Business. MBA preferred. 10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. International experience helpful.
Licenses/Certifications : Valid Driver's License. CMCA, AMS, and PCAM preferred.
Technical : Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Ability to work with basic office equipment & phone systems.
Communication : Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
