Admissions Assistant (Administrative)



Admissions Assistant to be a part of our work family.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this job position is to obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents in, providing packets and follows supervisors procedures and policies.
  • Assist in interviewing residents/guardians/sponsors and obtaining required admission information and signatures.
  • Assist in the resident admission orientation program in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
  • Assist in exit surveys with residents/guardians/sponsors

Plus:
  • PCC, Healthcare Experience
  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasker, self-motivated
