You must have experience leading teams in dynamic settings and translating complex challenges into executable plans. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.
What You Will Bring
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Bioengineering, Cell Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent industry experience considered
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product or process development
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, align cross-functional efforts, and drive execution
- Experience working in startup or early-stage environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Comfort with technical leadership across biology, biomaterials, or engineering areas
Preferred:
- Bioprinting, microfluidics, or tissue engineering experience
- Knowledge of design control, regulated product development, and tech transfer to production
