POSITION OVERVIEW:
Operating within the policies, procedures, and practices of the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, this position is responsible for performing referee duties for assigned games.

JOB LOCATION:Valley Stadium
SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Saturdays 7:45a-2:30p, 9/6/25-10/11/25
PAY RANGE: $11.00-$13.25/hour based on qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Referee assigned game(s)Enforce the rules and regulations of assigned game(s).Assist site supervisor in maintaining orderly and fun atmosphere for assigned game(s).Maintain game records and information as directed by supervisor.Ensure safety is a priority at all times.Know all emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them.Complete accident/incident reports as necessary and submit to supervisor.Report specific problems or needs to supervisor or designated staff person.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.Demonstrate and support the objectives of the Association as embodied in the mission statement and values.
