Warehouse Associate (1st shift) (Finance)



The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to maintain an organized workspace, ensure accurate inventory management, and meet customer demand.

  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 40lbs) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Experience operating warehouse machinery.
  • Experience with inventory software or management systems.

  • 1st shift 7:00-4:30pm Monday - Friday
  • Receive, inspect, and confirm the accuracy of incoming put-aways
  • Efficiently store products in designated locations following safety and inventory management protocols.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to specifications.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as dry boxes, ovens, parts counters, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals and improve processes.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to foster a safe work environment.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new warehouse staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
