Sr Program Specialist - Fire Alarm- Phoenix, AZ (Finance)

As a Sr Program Specialist- Fire Alarm here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives related to fire alarms. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions in the fire alarm domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements for fire alarm systems are met. You will report directly to our Sr Program manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations, specifically in the fire alarm segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide advanced engineering support for fire alarm projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans for fire alarm systems

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems related to fire alarms

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements for fire alarm solutions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency in the fire alarm domain
