NHTD Manager (Biotech)

The Program Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the TBI and NHTD Medicaid Waiver Programs. The Waiver Programs are designed to assist individuals with maximizing their independence and aide in keeping individuals in the community and avoid placement into a skilled nursing facility.
The program serves seniors as well as people living with disabilities and Traumatic Brain Injuries and assists with helping individuals gain access to services to promote their independence within the community. The Program Manager would be responsible for training of waiver staff associated with the programs, quality assurance and improvement, regulatory compliance with the NYS DOH, and overall business growth. The Program Manager is also responsible for overseeing service components of the program including Case Management, Home Care, Skills Building, and Counseling and assisting with the expansion of the waiver program.
Responsibilities include:

Daily operation of the TBI and NHTD Medicaid Waiver Programs serving the five boroughs

Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems

Work with service coordinators and supervise their documentation and activity

Ensure home care aide quality assurance

Oversee incident management end to end process

Expand program onboarding new participants

Ensure regulatory compliance with NYS DOH rules

Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies

Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations
