Maintenance Technician C (Finance)
• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment.
• Troubleshoot any issues of mechanical devices, correct issues to maintain productivity/quality standards.
• Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Control downtime by communicating with all departments.
• Train other employees and new hires as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.
• Complete all safety and company compliance training on time and according to schedule.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories, conserve resources when able.
• Prepare maintenance reports, document, and communicate actions, irregularities and continuing needs through the use of EAM.
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Work Experience:
• 1 year of continuous employment
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Blueprint reading
Shift Hours: 7pm-7am
Salary Minimum: 24Salary Maximum: 33.75
