Mgr Proc Svcs Perf & Admin (Finance)
· Leads the function for the managing all aspects of performance in the division to ensure robust and timely processes are executed.
· Provides actionable outcomes and recommendations to impacted stakeholders to prevent or mitigate negative impacts to the customer experience.
· Position ensures that the data integrity between internal IBC systems and external sources are scrutinized and validated on a regular basis.
· Utilizes data mining techniques to limit financial exposure impacts to IBC FOC as a result of member record discrepancies.
· Partners with internal contacts and/or external vendors to conduct routine member demographic audits of members.
· Reviews and validates business processes to ensure they are conducted in the most efficient and accurate way.
· Internal systems and business processes are assessed to ensure ongoing compliance with both state and federal regulations and to identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend alternative procedures to strengthen them.
· Identify areas of potential risk within process and systems and design and implement strategies to mitigate the risk and ensure proper control.
· Operates in a dynamic environment that is under constant change due to external pressures (e.g. membership impacts, regulatory changes, government scrutiny, CMS changes). Develops customized and comprehensive solutions to resolve complex business issues.
· Ensures auditing of data as a result of processing actions is being conducted to affirm it is loaded accurately to internal systems in a timely manner. Manages the staff conducting key data review functions as part of the end-to-end audit process.
· Position provides support with closing gaps with policies and procedures (in providing SME support to Knowledge Mgmt) across operational functions including enrollment, appeals and grievances, claims with indirect responsibility for operations compliance and customer service to streamline the sharing of information, metrics, trends, and opportunities across operational functions.
· Facilitates regularly scheduled meetings with staff to meet overall stakeholder expectations and business unit objectives.
· Creates and maintains a team atmosphere and work environment to promote job enrichment, staff development, work productivity and quality.
· Drives system designs and operational procedures including operational goals and best practices for all departments
