L&D Program Lead (Education)
We are seeking a Learning and Development Program Lead for the Enterprise Learning and Development Department.
This role aims to work with the Enterprise L&D Manager to develop a plan to design and implement the most leveraging learning and developmental initiatives based upon leadership feedback over a rolling 12-month calendar basis. As a Lead, this role is responsible for the daily oversight of Learning and Development program operations, including planning and implementing a rolling 12-month program delivery timeline. In addition, this role is accountable for assisting with developing new and renovated learning program initiatives that Management deems as priorities for the Enterprise.
