What You'll Do
• Start each shift on time, equipped with the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Keep your worksite and shop clean, safe, and organized safety always comes first!
• Deliver excellent service to your teammates and communicate professionally.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are accessible and ready for use.
• Service and repair trucks and equipment-fueling, lubricating, greasing, and changing filters as needed.
• Perform general repairs on a variety of equipment and trucks.
• Monitor your workflow and adapt as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Who We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry (but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn!).
• Ownership of basic hand tools and a toolbox is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to ensure effective teamwork and a positive work environment.
• The ability to operate and drive equipment is helpful training provided as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and mechanical aptitude.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Specific vision abilities needed include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Work is performed in a hands-on environment, sometimes near moving mechanical parts or outdoors in various weather conditions (wet, cold, or humid).
• Noise levels are generally moderate, and safety is always a top priority.
