Spanish Language Instructor - In-Person, Part-Time - US Citizenship Required (Education)

ICA is currently seeking in-person Spanish Language Instructors for part-time language courses on various locations in the states of LA, OH, TX and WA. The candidates should have at least two years of experience teaching the target language. Experience teaching adult students in a proficiency-oriented environment on an intensive basis is preferred.

Candidates must be US Citizens and residents of LA, OH, TX and WA.

Job Details:

• Period of Performance: from August 2025 (exact start date to be determined)
• Locations of training sites: 
  • Texas: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio
  • Ohio: Cincinnati, Dayton
  • Louisiana: New Orleans
  • Washington State: training site location to be announced
• Training days and schedule: 2-4 hours weekly for 1 to 6 months
• Number Of Students: one-on-one instruction and small groups of students
• Hourly rate: $28 - $36 per hour
• The training program will include homework activities and should focus on developing the language skills such as Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, Grammar, Pronunciation, and Culture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of full-time experience teaching language at K-12 and University level, or teaching the target language to adult professionals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a foreign language, linguistics, or a related field
• Native Speaker of the Spanish language
