Air Force Community Partnerships Program Part-Time Data Manager (Finance)
The Opportunity:
Tetra Tech, a global leader in high end consulting services, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager to fill a part-time position supporting the Air Force Community Partnership Program in the National Capital Region. The position will provide vital technical support and strategic communications to promote and enhance the Air Force's Community Partnership Program nationwide.
Your Role:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Plan and develop deliverables in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), federal, state, and local statutes, regulations, and policies.
• Collect, analyze, and report key metrics related to the Air Force Community Partnership Program.
• Provide input and attend meetings across all levels of the DAF enterprise and with other DOD Services as needed.
• Develop new guidance and update existing related to community partnerships
• Strategic communications via newsletters, online website, and best practices briefings / awards program
• Participate in AF subject matter workgroup meetings.
• Maintain tracking tools MCAT and report to client
• Support conferences, such as Association of Defense Communities (ADC) Installation Innovation Forum, and training workshops.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, planning, public policy, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience supporting DoD/Air Force Community Partnership Programs.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Active DoD security clearance of "Secret" or ability to obtain a security clearance if required.
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.
If this position requires a CAC card, CUI Enclave Access and/or a Security Clearance, a background check will be completed.

While primarily performed in an office environment, travel and on-site work might be required which could require lifting 50 pounds of documents or equipment, traversing uneven terrain during site visits, and standing long periods of time at public meetings.

This work is principally performed in an office environment; however, there are occasional requirements to visit client sites, which requires the ability to perform work in an office environment or outdoors while conducting data gathering site visits, participating in on-site meetings, and attending conferences or other training activities off-site. Travel to conferences and client sites is expected to be less than 25% of the time.
Language & Communication Skills: Must be fluent in the English and able to communicate effectively in speaking and writing. Must be able to provide high-quality written products including reports and presentations for senior DoD and community officials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing and presenting planning reports and projects
• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, including technical writing/editing experience and a demonstrated ability to write, edit, and deliver planning content.
Other Skills: Instructions: Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
