IT Field Support Technician (Information Technology)

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled IT Field Technician End User Support to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a hands-on position that combines on-site troubleshooting with remote user assistanceperfect for someone with strong IT experience and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devicesSupport Microsoft Office 365 applications and basic networking needsProvide timely remote assistance using support toolsLearn and adapt to new software and systems quicklyCommunicate clearly with end users to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support rolesProficiency with Office 365 and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesReliable transportation; must be willing to travel regionally every few weeks (up to 4- hour radius)Available to work MondaySaturday (with Sunday and one weekday off)
