Marketing Coordinator (Finance)



MARKETING COORDINATOR

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will partner with key stakeholders to support the execution of external and internal marketing initiatives and campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure consistent branding, effective communication and timely delivery of activities. This role will be based at our Spokane, WA facility.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of branded materials campaigns for internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of materials
  • Maintain and update the company online store for internal customers
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, promotional events, on-site visits and external venues.
  • Manage marketing calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Primary POC ownership of relationships with vendors, designers and other contacts.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and marketing collateral archive.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Required Education and Experience

  • Associate's degree in a related field and,
  • One year of experience, Or
  • Two years of directly related experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Two years of experience in managing marketing materials, product creation, and visual displays.

  • Self- starting and ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office and hangar environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.

The noise level in the work environment is usually at a typical office level and while in the hangar with frequent periods of moderately loud noises. Exposure to industrial chemical smells, fragrances, animals, etc.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to move, talk and hear. The employee is constantly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee is constantly required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular exposure to a hangar environment with walking/traversing hazards, uneven surfaces and stairs.

Balancing - Must be able to constantly manage equilibrium while traversing across office and hangar, ascending/descending ladders, scissor lifts, man lifts, and working at heights greater than six feet from the ground.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work but will vary based upon business needs and current projects. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Travel
Occasional travel, primarily local during the business day.

The pay range for this position in Washington state is $22.00-$25.00 hourly; the hourly rate is influenced by a variety of factors including, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and geographical locations. Employees will be eligible to enroll in the company's retirement plan with match contributions and financial wellness programs. Hired applicants will receive paid leave.
