HR Generalist (Intermediate) (Finance)



Equifax's Global Technology & Security organization is looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Generalist (intermediate level) to support various teams across the business. The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of HR functions, providing daily advice, counsel, and support to employees and management in areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, HR compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. This role contributes to maintaining a positive and productive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.

This position reports to a Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Technology and is located in our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist who is looking to grow and develop to the next level as an HR Business Partner.

  • This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.
  • This position can be based in Alpharetta, GA. This resource should be local to Atlanta and will be required to work from our Alpharetta location.
  • Corporate Return To Office expectations: Onsite weekly requirements each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

What you'll do
  • Manage cyclical HR processes in adherence with policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to assigned organization and Sr. HR leaders
  • Provide informal coaching and guidance to Alliance employees
  • Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to effectively manage all aspects of the employment life cycle including, but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, learning and development, rewards and recognition, and off-boarding.
  • Assist with mandatory training compliance.
  • Assist HR operations in keeping policy and processes up to date
  • Provide input and support to HR leadership and outside counsel responding to external employment claims and other related items
  • Participate in HR cross-functional and technical projects.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of personal, medical and proprietary information
  • HR support not limited to but will include the following activities: Return To Office (RTO) adherence, Performance Management documentation, Accommodations, Leave of Absence (LOA)'s, pending job requisition reports (ensuring that current employees and leaders understand the processes and requirements), support HR leaders in driving workforce planning, learning and development, and more

What experience you need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years' experience working in the human resources field
  • Presentation and spreadsheet skills. Equifax uses Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Meet, Google Chat). Previous experience with Google Workspace is a plus
