Production MIG Welder - 1st and 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

This is a full-time, 1st or 2nd shift position. We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, driven, hardworking individual. The candidate must demonstrate strong integrity, work very well in a team setting, be a problem solver, communicate effectively, have a strong sense of urgency, and strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Consistently produce leak tight and structurally sound welds in carbon steelInspect and document welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to printsPrepare workpieces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting materials as necessaryActively contribute to continuous improvementMaintain accuracy within our ERP system (i.e. time tracking, Work Order management, BOM management, etc...)Be willing to help the team in any area as needed Keep work area clean and tidy Follow all safety requirements as trained from safety program.Utilize required PPE Adhere to all policies laid out in the company handbook
