Big Ass Fans is proud to provide comfort without compromise to our customers, and we're seeking a Regional Account Manager to serve as the sales leader, managing certified distributors for our Channel (New Construction) segment in the North territory. In this pivotal role, you will be driving revenue generation through accountability of performance for our distribution partners. Through lunch and learns, training opportunities, and regular team meetings with our partners, you will become the go-to technical expert of our Big Ass products and capabilities.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability in the New Construction distribution channel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience and account growth with industrial distribution channel partners
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Salesforce CRM experience preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining strict attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Travel required up to 50%
