Sr Proj Mgmt Specialist (Finance)



YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation.
  • Full term of experience must include: project management experience; Effective Project Management and execution skills; Experience working in a matrixed project organization; proficient in Microsoft Project or related software; expert in predictive maintenance deployments; deep knowledge on vibration sensor solution; experience working on Machine Learning project deployment; understanding of Virtual Machine (VM) architecture and deployments; basic understanding on Material Handling Industry (MHI) sortation equipment and DC's machine controls systems and PLC's.
  • Up to 50% domestic and international travel required.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week.

Sr Project Management Specialist for Intelligrated Services, LLC (Mason, OH)

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Assist in managing multiple projects. Manage relationships between buyers and suppliers.
  • Support project turnover team to insure completed projects have all proper docs in the project file.
  • Coordinate customer UI software training.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Coordinate Forecast Reports and meetings.
  • Oversee project procurement management.
  • Manage sensor installation sites.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and parts.
  • Coordinate meeting with customers to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and make sure project schedule are met and handle any issues that arise.
  • Make sure client needs are met as projects matures.
  • Assist with product adoption tasks, such as coordinate client training.
  • Ensure all project parts are processed, organized, and progressing according to set timelines and deliverable dates.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead/transition projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
  • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
  • Responsible for communicating program requirements to support personnel (Engineering, Finance, Quality, Material Control, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other organizational elements) throughout program lifecycle.
  • Monitor and assess performance; identify problems and institute corrective actions as required.
  • Identify, track, and manage risk.
  • Responsible for understanding and interpreting customer/business requirements to work in partnership with customers/business towards derived solutions and leveraging existing solutions.
  • Perform training gap analysis and creating training plans to address the identified gaps.
  • Record and communicate lessons learned from each program.
  • Manage and evaluate financial and technical trade-off analyses required for scope changes in a program.
  • Responsible for the direction, oversight, and outcome of all assigned programs.
