Administrative Coordinator Sr (Project Management)

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Administrative Coordinator Sr to join our Provider Recruitment team. You will gather, collect, record, track
and verifiy data/information from multiple sources; assist providers; and provide overall administrative support to the provider recruitment teams function.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the provider recruitment teams function
  • Field incoming telephone calls; assist providers on the phone or direct calls accordingly
  • Manage the provider recruitment and provider referral email boxes and direct emails accordingly
  • Perform research on various states to determine best recruiting approach
  • Prepare and distributed reports on a re-occurring and ad-hoc basis
  • Meeting preparation to include scheduling, preparation of presentation materials, teleconference lines,
    catering service etc.
  • Attend department meetings, generate meeting minutes and distribute final, approved meeting minutes
  • Assistance with coordination of employee travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations, and
    ground transportation)
  • Compose correspondence (newsletters, letters, memos, e-mails, etc.)
  • Provider lead scouring for Clinic and IPA provider request forms (PRF) as assigned
  • Maintain provider recruitment training site via SharePoint
  • Order and maintain supply inventories
  • Direct/assist provider recruitment with projects as assigned
  • Handle confidential information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of
    approved individuals/systems
  • Others duties as assigned to support the needs of the administrative office

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative assistant experience working in a high volume environment 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets (must be able to format data, track and manage large amounts of data , create pivot tables, and analyze information) 

Competencies: 

  • Excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills

Additional Information:

  • Shift: Monday - Friday  8 hours (between the hours of 7am - 6pm)
