Recruiting Intern (Human Resources)

Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role offers valuable hands-on experience within the Talent Acquisition and HR function, including candidate outreach, building university partnerships to facilitate clinical externship programs, generating social media content, documenting processes, and providing key administrative support to the broader Human Resources team.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while contributing to SENTAs mission of delivering exceptional patient care. This part-time position (up to 30 hours per week) is an in-office role based at our Support Services Center in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs location. Ideal for a junior or rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and refresh job postings weekly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current hiring needs. Assist with coordinating and executing targeted outreach campaigns to prospective candidates via email and other digital channels in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.Lead outreach to universities and educational institutions to secure externship placements that support staff recruitment, and help develop residency and fellowship programs to meet current and future clinical hiring needs.Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling, event coordination, maintaining candidate documentation, and updating job templates within CRM (Smartsheet) / ATS (Kronos).Contribute to recruitment marketing by developing engaging content and campaigns for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn).Assist in the creation and distribution of internal communications, newsletters, and employee engagement materials.Analyze data from employee lifecycle surveys, compile findings, and present actionable recommendations to leadership to improve recruitment, onboarding, and overall workplace culture.Support compliance efforts by helping maintain accurate documentation and tracking regulatory requirements.Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within broader Human Resources team.
