Sr Tech Supp Professional (Finance)



As a Senior Technical Support Professional, you are a cornerstone of our support organization and a true SME of multiple areas within a product family. You will handle the most critical and complex customer issues, mentor other engineers across all levels, and lead post-resolution analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.YOU MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma/GED or BA in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 6+ years in related experience troubleshooting software or security equipment, in a contact call center or in-field on prem capacity

  • Leading technical resolution for escalated, high-severity issues.
  • Providing mentorship and technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
  • Driving root cause analysis and documenting post-mortem reports if TSG Leadership requires.
  • Collaborating closely with Sustaining Engineering to review "as-designed" knowledge gaps to reduce unnecessary escalations and to create kb articles.
  • Championing knowledge sharing and developing internal training materials.
  • Monitoring support quality and advocating for process and tool enhancements.
  • Leading customer meetings and understanding customer needs with abilities to properly prioritize them.
  • Access to backend elevated permissions
  • Verification, approval and classification of escalations raised by agents

This strategic role demands technical excellence, leadership capability, and a commitment to customer success and team development.

You will report directly to our Senior Technical Support Supervisor and will work out of our Pittsford, NY location on a hybrid schedule.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,600 to $107,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
