Marketing and Sales Support Manager - MHL (Sales)



We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Support Manager for the Manufacturing Housing Department.

The Marketing and Sales Support Manager (MSSM) is responsible for leading a team that promotes products and service platforms within the Manufactured Housing division to support sales efforts. This role involves conducting market analysis, identifying target audiences, and developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales and Marketing Managers. The MSSM and their team work closely with Inside Sales Relationship Managers, Outside Business Development Executives (BDEs) and other key stakeholders to design and implement tactical initiatives aimed at maximizing market penetration across both B2C and B2B channels. These tactics include email, print ads, marketing collateral, digital presence and the coordination of trade conferences and events as examples

A core responsibility of the MSSM is to drive lead generation and strengthen existing relationships for the sales teams, while also enhancing Credit Human's brand awareness. This is achieved by aligning marketing campaigns with the credit union's mission, vision, and lending programs. Resources such as enterprise brand guidelines and collaboration with enterprise marketing are key in ensuring brand standards are kept and communication connects with the audience. The MSSM collaborates on the creation and distribution of regular sales and marketing trend reports and Voice of Customer data to inform decision-making and performance tracking.

Additionally, the MSSM serves as the CRM administrator and a subject matter expert (SME), collaboratively ensuring the effective management of customer (B2C and B2B) journeys throughout the lead, prospect, and transaction lifecycle.

This position requires registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and Registry on an annual basis in addition to maintaining updates as needed.  Initial registration is required immediately upon hire into this position.  Failure to register or maintain a current registry, or any criminal activity that would bar continued participation as an MLO may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Highlights:

  • Oversees a team that drives regional marketing efforts and supports sales activities to enhance market presence.

  • Works closely with direct and sales channel teams to execute tactical plans and coordinate trade conferences.
  • Generates leads for Business Development Executives and promotes the Credit Human brand among current and prospective clients.
  • Manages client onboarding, annual reviews, legal agreements, and ensures accurate documentation and system updates.
  • Serves as the regional Salesforce SME and must maintain active registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with NMLS.

Experience:

    Required

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience with proven positive results 
  • Previous management experience

Education:

    Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

    Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree

Licenses & Certifications:

    Required

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

    Preferred

  • Digital marketing and social media skills (Pardot, Prezi, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline)
  • Knowledge of credit union, real estate, mortgage and/or indirect lending marketing

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm 

Salary Range:  $75,987.00 to $82,412.00 Annually

Flexibility:  In office, on site; not remote or hybrid

Level of Work: 2C
