Futures Exchange Fee Reconciliation Specialist (Administrative)
We are looking for a Futures customer service representative who will maintain the exchange fee setup (updates/maintenance) in GMI and conduct monthly fee reconciliation. An Exchange fee reconciliation specialist is responsible for ensuring that all exchange fees charged by the exchanges and the carrying brokers are accurately reconciled with the firm's internal records. This includes reviewing and analyzing fee invoices from various exchanges and carrying brokers, identifying discrepancies or errors, and working to resolve any issues. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all fee transactions and communicating with internal stakeholders to provide updates on fee reconciliations and changes. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for maintaining static data related to exchanges fees, including membership, fee incentive programs, and other relevant information in the firm's systems.
This role will lend support and serve as a back up to the senior fee reconciliation specialist of the team and help ensure that the firm remains compliant with exchange regulatory requirement related to exchange fees and to operate efficiently and effectively in the market.
