Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The IT Service Desk Technician functions as PBV's first level IT support and serves as the end users first contact for all IT related issues as well as helping lead the team.

Mental Functions
Repetitive job requiring frequent, but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.
Physical Functions
Must constantly (67%-100%) sit. Occasionally (0%-33%) must climb, walk, stand, and lift less than 30 pounds.
EQUIPMENT USED
Laptop/PC Workstation/Smartphone. Computer/accessories, Microsoft Office applications, and general office equipment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
None
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
