Marketing Intern (Finance)



Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our competitive analysis and market research efforts in the urban mobility and parking space. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to conduct field-based research, gather real-world data, and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives that inform business decisions. Ideal for students or recent graduates with an interest in marketing, data collection, mobility, or real estate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily fieldwork to collect and document competitive intelligence from designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent records of observations and data points.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns across various locations.
  • Create visual presentations and written reports to communicate key findings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Strategy teams to deliver actionable insights.
  • Support additional marketing and research projects assigned by the VP of Business Development.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field (or relevant interest/experience).
  • Strong interest in parking, mobility, transportation, or commercial real estate.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to efficiently visit locations spread out through the DMV.
  • Comfortable working independently and conducting field-based research.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and other content or publishing tools.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Performance Standards

This position will receive an annual performance review from the department heads to discuss

actual performance compared to company-stated expectations as noted herein and agreed-upon job-related performance goals for the upcoming year.
