Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Position Purpose
Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region (HCR) is seeking a visionary and mission-driven Vice President of Family Services to lead and expand our family-centered programs. This executive role is responsible for developing and overseeing strategies that support homeownership education, critical home repair services, and other essential support programs. The VP will provide leadership to a team of 20+ professionals and manage a portfolio of over 1,150 mortgages, directly impacting more than 5,000 families across our service area.

Physical Requirements: Ability work in office environment as needed which requires ability to speak, hear, with the visual and manual dexterity to manage papers, reports, and typing. Must embody the capacity to maintain the following for up to eight hours per day: use of personal computer or similar technology, phone, sitting as required. Must have the ability to drive an automobile and current driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

External Interactions: Applicants, homeowners, volunteers, social support providers, Charlotte community and Board Members
Estimated Time Commitment: At least 40 hours / week
