Student Assistant - FWS (Finance)

The USF School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Sciences (SPT&RS), within the Morsani College of Medicine, is the home to the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree program, a post-professional Orthopedic Physical Therapy clinical residency, and the Athletic Training Program. Each entering class of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training students engages in a cutting-edge, inter-professional curriculum delivered by a dynamic faculty from various healthcare disciplines.

This position will support the School of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Academic and administrative areas of our School.

Standard Learning Objectives:

As a result of this position, students will be able to:

Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the current academic year in order to apply for this position. • Assist faculty, staff, and administration with classroom setup, takedown, and academic support functions
\n
• Assist with administrative organization (ie: restocking stations, returning equipment to proper place, replacing linens, etc)
\n
• Assist with inventory maintenance, providing aid to SPT&RS personnel
\n
• Provide support for our reception desk. Assisting walk-in traffic and visitors with inquiries and directing them to or scheduling appointments with appropriate staff as needed
\n
• Assist with event planning and setup
\n
• Work with SPT&RS personnel to aid and learn administrative functions
\n
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Flexible based on class schedule between the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday to Friday.
