Senior Structural Engineer (Project Management)

Responsibilities:
Assist staff as a technical lead to supervise and mentor junior team members in producing structural construction documents, such as drawings, specs, and construction administration, including calculations and QC.Familiarity with the engineering fundamentals of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.Prepare project plans and specifications.Performs site visits for documentation and cost estimating of existing systems and building conditions.Attend Client meetings as required and visit construction sites to inspect work in progress or completed.Assist with managing workload allocation and the preparation of proposals.
Requirements
10+ years of structural (buildings) experience working in the consulting industry.BS in Architectural or Civil Engineering is required.Ability to meet deadlines and lead design efforts.A PE license is required.AutoCAD & Revit experience is required.Experience with RAM SS, RAM Elements and Tekla TEDDS is a plus.
