Maintenance Technician-Contract (Maintenance)

Gulf Coast Getaways is a property management company that specializes in Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach areas. We manage 60+ properties along the coast. As our list of satisfied clients continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated employees who genuinely care about our guests.
We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team, communicate effectively, and take pride in doing their job correctly.
Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and basic carpentry.
Ability to interact with guests when necessary.
Provide documentation of work perform for each task assigned.
Identify undocumented issues or opportunities for improvement by creating new work orders to ensure properties get zero complaints.
Prevent further trips to properties by doing things right the first time.
Complete a daily invoice which includes what properties were visited, the work performed, and the time spent.

Preferred Skills:

Hot tub and pool maintenance.
Flooring and tile work.
HVAC knowledge.
Appliance repair experience.
Drywall repair
Must have your own equipment.
May require occasional work during non-traditional hours.
Capable of estimating larger projects.
