UltraMIST Therapy Specialist (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve residents' physical function, balance, strength, and mobility.
• Provide UltraMIST® Therapy for appropriate wound care cases, following facility protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy plans, home programs, and safe mobility techniques.
• Participate in care plan meetings, team conferences, and in-service training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
