Reception and Administrative Coordinator | KVNY (Administrative)
Position Summary
Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for a strong Reception and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The Reception and Administrative Coordinator must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to Clay Lacy Aviation. This position will also assist maintenance managers with clerical duties and will report to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer, Product Support.

Ability to handle multiple lines while maintaining efficient operations.
Proficient in Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.
Great organization skills
Flexible working hours.
Good oral and written communication skills, bilingual is a plus.
Must have excellent phone etiquette.
Good at problem solving.
Punctual, detail oriented, proactive and a self-starter.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable sitting for long periods of time.
Experience with Skype for Business is a plus
Essential Job Functions
Able to comply with all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients at all times.
Complete Clay Lacy Aviation and other job-related training.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, direct interface, over telephone and in writing.
Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement them in a safe, efficient manner.
Follow oral and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others.
Schedules are subject to change. Employees must be available to work flexible hours as changes occur, examples include overtime, holidays, and covering time-off for the team.
Ability to work without direct management supervision.
Must be able to reason, analyze, and solve problems.
Must be able to communicate clearly with clients, leadership and others.
Basic computer skills.

Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years of Customer service experience is required.
**Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
